What if my company doesn’t have a board? Can I still take part?

If you don’t currently have a board but want to take part, you are most welcome!

You can engage your senior team and host your Boardroom 2030 conversation as part of a leadership meeting. Again, think about who else could be a leader in your company, what should be on the agenda and how decisions are made.

What will happen after the Boardroom 2030 conversation?

We will support businesses to reflect on the experience and build on what they’ve learnt to prepare their boardrooms to be fit for 2030. As part of this, we encourage all participating businesses to submit a reflection.
